Our coaches have completed a rigorous life and health coaching training program and have several years of experience working with clients to help them achieve their goals. Our coaches also have a background in psychology, social communication, and leadership, which gives them a deeper understanding of human behavior and motivation.
For now, we offer virtual coaching sessions only to accommodate the needs and preferences of our clients.
The frequency of coaching sessions depends on the individual and their goals. Some clients prefer to meet weekly, while others may meet bi-weekly or monthly.
