4.2 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in harmful behavior toward yourself, our coaches, or other users.

5.1 Ownership: All content, materials, and resources provided by Ideal Mind & Body are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use these materials solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes.
5.2 Restrictions: You are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 Not a Substitute: Ideal Mind & Body coaching services do not substitute professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. Our coaches are not licensed healthcare providers, and our services should not be used as a replacement for necessary medical or psychological care.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ideal Mind & Body and its coaches shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or any other financial or personal losses.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.

Ideal Mind & Body - Refund Policy

At Ideal Mind & Body, we are committed to providing exceptional life and health coaching services to our clients. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and clients may request a refund for services not yet provided. This refund policy outlines our guidelines and procedures regarding refunds.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
a. Cancelled Services
You are eligible for a refund if you cancel your life coaching services 24 hours before the sessions begin. However, any administrative fees or session costs already incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
b. Unsatisfactory Service
If unsatisfied with our services after the first paid session, you may request a refund. We will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis, and a full or partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
a. Contact Us: Email us at info@idealmindandbody.com with your refund request. Please provide your name, contact information, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
b. Evaluation: Our team will review your request and determine its eligibility. We may request additional information or documentation to process your request.
c. Refund Approval: If your request is approved, we will notify you of the refund amount and the expected timeline for processing.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow 5 through 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
5. Deductions
Please note that the following deductions may apply to your refund:
a. Administrative Fees: Any administrative fees incurred during the registration or setup process are non-refundable.
b. Session Costs: If coaching sessions have already been conducted, the cost of those sessions will be deducted from the refund amount on a pro-rata basis.
